Exagres, a leading company in the production of ceramic materials at the Spanish level, has registered an Environmental Product Declaration verified by the Program Operator DAPconstrucción®. DAPcons® 002.019 is about the Proyect Series product, which is a porcelain tile made of porcelain paste with a very high resistance for intensive uses produced at the Betxí production plant in Castellón
This product is manufactured under the European Standard EN 14411-Grupo AIa and its surface characteristics (color, texture, low porosity), in a way (modular, thickened, back with dovetail) and resistance both chemical and mechanical, result in its set suitable for application to any coating that has to be subjected to strong solicitations, obtaining finishes of great aesthetic quality, strength and durability. The main use recommended for this product is the paving and / or cladding of vertical walls in industrial areas and agrifood companies that require high technical performance as well as ease of cleaning and maintenance.
The company Rema Ingeniería SL, an affiliated member with the Program Operator DAPconstrucción®, has been responsible for preparing the ACV Life Cycle Analysis, being verified by ITeC. This is DAPcons® number 002.019, valid until November of the year 2022 and based on the RCP 002 Product Category Rules for ceramic cladding products.
This is an Environmental Product Declaration "from the cradle to the grave", that is, the environmental impacts of the product are analyzed taking into account the stage of manufacture, construction, use and end of life.
